The PENMARCH AIR industrial ESP is a high-voltage electrostatic precipitator designed for continuous operation in demanding industrial environments. Modular construction allows single-unit point-of-source installations or multi-module centralised systems serving entire production facilities.
Ceramic insulation provides superior resistance to high voltage, high temperature, moisture and oil — ensuring stable long-term operation in demanding industrial environments.
Aviation-grade aluminium ionizer cells and collection plates are cleaned by washing rather than replaced. No ongoing filter media cost or consumable disposal.
Units combine in parallel, series or stacked arrangements — scaling from 500 m³/h single-machine units to 75,000+ m³/h centralised systems.
Maximum power per purification module ≤45W. Terminal and initial pressure resistance remain stable throughout the service life.
Electrostatic collection imposes minimal airflow resistance compared to bag or cartridge filters — reducing fan energy and maintaining consistent airflow.
Optional BA signal output for BMS integration, VFD fan control, auto-wash and remote monitoring capability.
