The PENMARCH AIR commercial kitchen ESP is an electrostatic precipitator designed for the specific challenges of commercial kitchen exhaust โ high grease loading, continuous operation, temperature variation and odor. Available in modular configurations with optional auto-wash for high-volume applications.
High-voltage ionization captures grease aerosol particles that are too fine for mechanical grease filters โ providing effective electrostatic collection of cooking grease before exhaust discharge.
Optional automatic water-wash system for high-volume and continuous-operation kitchens. Timed automatic cleaning maintains ESP efficiency without manual intervention.
Activated carbon panel, activated carbon cartridge or UV photolysis stage integrated downstream of the ESP section for cooking odor control.
Ceiling-mount, floor-mount or duct-inline installation. Modular units configurable to any kitchen exhaust airflow requirement.
Visual display panel shows operating status at a glance. Optional smart control cabinet with 24/7 monitoring for auto-wash systems.
Ionizer cells perpendicular to airflow for easy extraction. Coarse pre-filter and ionizer cell are washable and reusable โ reduced maintenance complexity.
