Point-of-source electrostatic oil mist collector for CNC machining centres, lathes and metalworking equipment
The electrostatic oil mist collector is a compact, point-of-source ESP designed specifically for CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, turning centres and metalworking equipment. It captures oil mist aerosol directly at the machine before it disperses into the workshop atmosphere.
Installed directly on or above the machine tool — captures oil mist at origin before it becomes a workshop-wide contamination problem.
The ionizer box uses aviation-grade aluminium plate construction — releasing 1.5× ion density for effective capture of fine oil mist particles.
Both the pre-filter mesh and ionizer cell are washed and reused. No ongoing filter cartridge or media replacement cost.
Compact unit designed for installation in occupied machine shop environments — quiet operation suitable for proximity to machine operators.
Flexible installation — machine-mounted directly on the CNC enclosure, or ceiling-mounted above open machines and grinding cells.
Activated carbon stage available for applications where machining fluid odor is an issue in addition to oil mist capture.
