Electrostatic precipitators are particularly effective at capturing contaminants that defeat conventional mechanical filters — including sub-micron oil mist, grease aerosol and fine combustion particles.
Unlike mechanical filters that physically block particles, ESP uses high-voltage electric fields to charge and collect contaminants — delivering advantages that mechanical filtration cannot match for oil mist and grease-heavy applications.
ESP imposes minimal resistance to airflow throughout its service life — reducing fan energy and maintaining consistent purification performance as collection cells become loaded.
High-voltage ionization captures sub-micron particles — including fine oil mist droplets and grease aerosol — that pass through standard mechanical pre-filters and grease filters.
Collection plates and ionizer cells are washed rather than replaced — eliminating ongoing filter media cost and the disposal of contaminated filter cartridges.
Unlike bag filters where pressure drop increases sharply as the filter loads, ESP maintains consistent airflow and purification performance between cleaning cycles.
ESP modules combine in parallel, series or stacked arrangements — scaling from a single 500 m³/h unit at a machine tool to a 75,000+ m³/h centralised industrial system.

ESP is our core technology. Where project requirements call for it, our systems integrate supporting air treatment technologies — always as additions to the ESP stage, never as replacements for it.
These technologies are available as integration options within our ESP systems — they are not standalone product lines. The ESP stage is always the primary purification mechanism. Supporting stages are added based on project-specific odor, regulatory or performance requirements.
