Four core electrostatic precipitator product lines — each engineered around a specific application market and pollutant type. Supporting air treatment technologies are listed separately below.
All four products share the same electrostatic precipitator core — high-voltage ionization, washable collection cells and modular construction. What differs is how each system is engineered and configured for its specific application environment: industrial process air, CNC oil mist, commercial kitchen exhaust or commercial building HVAC.
High-voltage ESP systems for oil mist, smoke, fumes and fine particle control in CNC machining, metalworking, welding and industrial manufacturing. Modular, washable collection cells, scalable from single units to centralised installations.
Point-of-source electrostatic oil mist collector for CNC machining centres, lathes and metalworking equipment. Machine-mounted or ceiling-mounted. Aviation-grade aluminium ionizer, ceramic insulation, optional activated carbon odor stage.
Purpose-built electrostatic precipitator for commercial kitchen exhaust — capturing cooking smoke, grease aerosol, oil mist and fine particles. Ceiling or floor mount, optional auto-wash for continuous operation, ESP + activated carbon or UV odor treatment.
ESP modules and systems for commercial buildings, HVAC integration and indoor air quality applications. Fine particle, PM, smoke and aerosol control for offices, hotels, shopping malls and public buildings. Compatible with standard AHU and FCU systems.
These products are available as integrated components within our ESP systems — not standalone product lines. They are added to ESP systems when project requirements call for additional particle capture, odor control or pre-filtration.
ℹ️ Note: PENMARCH AIR's core technology is the electrostatic precipitator (ESP). The products below are supporting technologies — always combined with an ESP stage, not sold as replacements for ESP.
Panel filters, bag filters and high-efficiency filter media used as pre-filtration ahead of the ESP stage, or as post-ESP fine filtration for applications requiring additional particle capture downstream.
Cartridge and bag dust collection systems for dry industrial dust where electrostatic collection is not the primary technology — used for abrasive dust, heavy particulate loads or applications where ESP is not suited.
Activated carbon panels, carbon cartridges, carbon towers and UV photolysis units — integrated downstream of the ESP stage for odor adsorption and VOC treatment in kitchen and industrial applications.
All four core ESP product lines are available for OEM and ODM manufacturing — custom airflow, custom housing, private label, global delivery.
